I've experienced how complicated stepping on a scale can be. I've been alive long enough to know life changes and adjusting with it isn't always clear cut. I sought out the best in movement and nutrition expertise, added Deep Health coaching and Body Trust principles. When your doctor says you need to improve your health but offers nothing helpful about what to actually do, I have the training to help you figure it out.
