Hi, I'm Francis

I help people who've lost trust in their bodies rewrite their body's story and create their user manual. It's more than workouts and meal plans. Together we have the opportunity to work within your constraints, fine tuning what works for your body and life.

This is science and you are the laboratory. There's no failure, only information we can use to make adjustments that lead to sustainable life changes. I understand that when the emotional stuff surfaces, like when someone realizes they've spent years treating their body like the enemy, that's information too, and we can use it.

Think of it as a Vibe Check. I set expectations. You share where you’re at and what you’re looking for. Together we see if it’s a good fit.

This is where we calibrate more deeply. I get to know you. You share your goals, habits, what’s working, and what’s not. I dig into your values and motivation. When we know your “why” the how gets easier. You choose what we focus on and your first action item.

Journey

The path to build your user manual is a steady stride. We review what worked, and what didn’t. We plan ahead to accommodate real life as it happens. You set up to 2 action items each week. This builds into care routines that adapt with you through every season of life.

I've experienced how complicated stepping on a scale can be. I've been alive long enough to know life changes and adjusting with it isn't always clear cut. I sought out the best in movement and nutrition expertise, added Deep Health coaching and Body Trust principles.
